Mantle builds your company’s cap talbe based on executed legal documents. Uploading these ensures your equity data is accurate and complete.
Starter Customers
  • If you are a Starter customer, Mantle will guide you through uploading your documents and generating your cap table automatically.
Essentials & Growth Customers
  • If you are an Essentials or Growth customer, you have two options:
    • Self-Build: Upload your documents and build your cap table using Mantle’s tools.
    • White-Glove Onboarding: Opt into assistance from the Mantle team, who will build your cap table for you based on your uploaded documents.
